Product information We sell decorative and whimsical lighting, including lamps, night lights and string lights. We describe and photograph each product as accurately as we can, with these limits: • Colors and brightness. Screens differ, and photos of lit products can look warmer or brighter than the product in your room. • Size and materials. Sizes are approximate and can vary by up to 1 cm or 0.4 in. The product page states the material, such as silicone, resin, acrylic or glass. A product with a glass look, such as a stained-glass style, is not glass unless the page says so. • Lifestyle images. Photos showing rooms, people or props are for mood. You receive only the items named in the product description. Power adapters, batteries and remotes are included only when the page says so. Electrical and safety information Our lights are decorative. Read the instructions that come with each product and follow these basics: • Use only the power adapter, cable or batteries supplied with the product, or a replacement with the rating given in the instructions. • Use indoors only, unless the product page says the product is rated for outdoor use. Keep products away from water and damp areas. • Do not cover a lit product with fabric, paper or other materials. Keep adapters and lit products away from curtains, bedding and anything that burns easily. • Turn off or unplug lights when you leave home or go to sleep, unless the product is designed for continuous use. • Stop using a product with a damaged cord, plug or casing, or one that flickers, and contact us. • Our products are not toys. Keep small parts, batteries and cords away from young children. • Insert batteries with the correct polarity, never mix old and new batteries, and dispose of them under your local rules. • Never look directly into a light source or aim a projector at anyone's eyes. • Products are supplied for the plug type and mains voltage of the country we ship to. Check compatibility before ordering for use elsewhere. Fulfillment and shipping How we fulfill orders. We work with third-party suppliers and warehouses. Your order may ship directly from a supplier rather than from our address, and items in one order may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. Processing and delivery times. We process orders within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days after that, depending on where you live. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs checks are outside our control. Delays. If we cannot ship within the time we stated at checkout, or within 30 days of your order when we stated none, we will email you with a new date and let you cancel for a full refund. Address accuracy. Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel after it ships, and we may charge to reship an order returned because of a wrong or incomplete address. Customs, duties and taxes. For international orders, import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility unless they were shown at checkout. Tracking.
